About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to support our office and on-site FIFO operational teams. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role based in our Welshpool, WA.

If you have strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and relevant experience in mobilisation or workforce coordination, we encourage you to apply.

The key duties are:

- Coordinate and support operational activities, including flights, travel, and accommodation for personnel

- Assist in planning and assigning resources to meet operational needs

- Review employee qualifications and compliance to ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met prior to site deployment

- Maintain and manage spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting with a high level of accuracy





- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders

- Utilise client and company portals, including:
- RTIO (Avetta Connect-Pegasus)
- Fortescue (Success Factors, SPEAR, CMS, INX, SAM Workflow

- MRL (INX)

- BHP (Enable)

- General office duties, including email management, filing, telephone support, and follow-up

- Other reasonable duties requested by TS Global with in your knowledge and capabilities to do so

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Minimum of one year mobilisation experience in the mining industry

- Experience with some (or all) of the above client mobilisation portals

- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills

- Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously to ensure tasks are completed

- Strong service focus and excellent relationship building skills

- Be a flexible and professional team member

- Have a positive attitude

- High verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail

- Work as part of a busy team and be accountable for your own role and duties

- High level of self-motivation and commitment reliability

- High level of computer skills with proficient skills in all Microsoft packages is essential
