About the business and the role

Vision Power is a locally owned and operated electrical business in the beautiful Kimberley region of Western Australia. We have been operating for 15 years across all the communities in the area, providing mostly domestic and commercial services.

Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced electrician to join one of our successful teams in Kununurra, Derby or Halls Creek. This is a full time position, paying a flat rate of $65.00 per hour, plus housing allowance and Living Away from Home Allowance (LAHA).

A FIFO or DIDO arrangement would also be considered for the right applicant.

Job tasks and responsibilities





This role encompasses all elements of the trade from maintenance to new installations - commercial and domestic. You will be working throughout the Kimberley area and travelling to remote locations. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, be reliable and punctual, and have a proactive attitude to health & safety.

Skills and experience

You will have the following skills and experience:

1. WA Electrical Worker's Licence

2. C Class Driver's Licence (Manual)

3. White Card

4. Current First Aid & CPR qualification

5. Experience in fault finding
