We are currently recruiting for a Content Producer for our client, a boutique marketing and communications consultancy, based in Brisbane. This is a permanent part-time, hybrid role working 22.5 hours across 3-4 days per week, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

THE COMPANY
Our client is a purpose-driven communications and marketing consultancy partnering with organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. They specialise in telling powerful stories, building strategies and delivering campaigns that create social and environmental impact. Their work spans social impact, sustainability, gender equality, international development and community-focused initiatives.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a hands-on content creation role with a strong social media focus. You will lead the planning and production of engaging content across client campaigns – creating strong written and visual stories, managing content calendars and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook/Meta.

You will also monitor audience engagement, interpret platform insights and prepare regular performance reports, using what you learn to continually improve future content. Depending on the project, you may also contribute to newsletters, email marketing and websites, and/or work with designers, videographers and digital specialists.

As part of a small, founder-led consultancy, you will also provide practical organisational support across client communications, meetings, records and project deadlines. This role will suit someone who combines creative energy with sound judgement, initiative and follow-through.

ALL ABOUT YOU

- Experienced in content creation and social media management with experience in creating content calendars, content plans and content for social media channels and other online presence;
- A demonstrated ability to produce high-quality social media content (if you have any examples or a portfolio you can provide to support your application, that would be great to see!);
- Hands-on experience managing social platforms, content calendars, publishing, moderating and reporting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook / Meta;
- Strong visual design skills across static posts, video production and editing;
- Confident using content and design tools such as Canva or Adobe, including InDesign;
- The ability to use analytics and audience insights to improve campaigns and content;
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and work with minimal supervision;
- Direct experience in a social media or marketing role within an NFP, for-purpose, community, or social-impact organisation will be highly regarded;
- A genuine interest in social impact, sustainability, gender equality, international development and/or community development;
- Additionally, any lived or hands-on work experience in the Asia-Pacific region will be advantageous;
- Qualifications in Communications, Marketing,

or equivalent practical experience, will be highly regarded.
