$150k – $200k + Super + Company Vehicle

A well-established commercial refurbishment and remedial contractor is looking for a Senior Estimator to join its growing team.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across remedial, refurbishment and commercial fit out projects up to $10M, this is an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while taking ownership of the estimating function from tender through to project handover.

About the Role

Working closely with senior leadership and project delivery teams, you'll prepare accurate and competitive tenders across a diverse portfolio of major projects.

This role suits someone from a commercial construction, refurbishment or fit out background who enjoys balancing technical detail with commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed estimates for remedial, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $10M.




- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Prepare BOQs, cost plans and subcontractor packages.
- Manage subcontractor pricing and supplier negotiations.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.
- Support tender presentations and project handovers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

About You

- 5+ years' estimating experience within commercial construction or fit out.
- Experience pricing projects up to $10M.
- Strong understanding of remedial and refurbishment projects is highly regarded.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Australian construction experience is essential.
