WRS Windows & Doors is a tight-knit, Australian-owned aluminium window and door manufacturer based in Blacktown, Sydney. We proudly service residential and commercial clients across Greater Sydney and nationwide.

We are offering a flexible role with 30-38 hours per week and an immediate start.

This is an incredibly diverse and vital role where you will manage the administrative flow of the business, directly supporting our management and manufacturing team.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Customer & Sales Support

- Frontline Communication: Answering phone calls, providing initial support for delivery updates, order status, and general queries.
- Quote Generation: Obtaining essential product and delivery information from customers (window type, colours, glass, postcode, etc.) so our estimator can prepare accurate quotations.
- Customer Service: Managing order follow-ups, resolving initial complaints, and coordinating with management on more complex issues like transit damage.

2. Logistics Coordination

- Local Deliveries: Contacting customers to schedule and book local deliveries, ensuring all required paperwork (delivery dockets) is completed and passed to the factory floor.
- Interstate Shipping:



Utilising various online portals to book interstate orders for shipping.
- Shipping Management: Preparing and printing shipping labels, compiling consignment information, and emailing tracking details to clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Proven experience in an Admin, Customer Service, or Logistics Support role.
- An exceptional telephone manner with the ability to clearly and confidently communicate with customers and external transport companies.
- High level of organisational skills and a keen eye for detail—you can manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip.
- A proactive and 'can-do' attitude; you see problems as opportunities to find a solution.
- Experience in the building, construction, or manufacturing industry is a bonus but not essential.
