Pest Control Technician - Brisbane

Insight Pest Solutions is expanding across Australia, and our Brisbane branch is already up and running. We're looking for a Pest Control Technician to join the team and help us keep growing, working for a national business backed by Canada's largest residential pest control provider.

We're also looking to expand into termite services in Brisbane very shortly. If you hold a termite qualification (or are working towards one), that would be a real asset as we build out the branch's service offering, so we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll be out on the road delivering high-quality pest control services to residential customers in targeted, tightly clustered zones. Your day will include:

- Inspect residential properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions





- De-webbing of residential properties

- Proofing of weep holes and entry points

- Deliver safe, effective pest control treatments using approved products and application methods

- Provide friendly, professional service and clear communication to customers

- Use mobile and reporting tools to record findings and treatments

- Follow WHS, chemical handling, and environmental guidelines at all times

- Work in varied environments including roof voids, subfloors, external perimeters, and outdoor areas

- Maintain equipment, PPE, and vehicle stock to company standards

- Manage daily schedules independently and plan efficient routes within your targeted zone

- Liaise with the branch team regarding job updates, customer needs, and follow-up work

- Educate customers on prevention, treatment plans, and ongoing maintenance

- Safely lift and carry equipment (15kg+)

- Uphold Insight's service standards and represent the brand professionally in the field

About You

We're looking for someone who brings the right attitude and approach, including:

- A current Australian driver's licence

- A Pest Management Technician licence

- A termite qualification is not required but highly regarded, given our plans to expand into termite services in Brisbane very shortly

- A friendly, professional approach with customers

- Willingness to work in roof voids, subfloors, and outdoor environments

- Strong reliability, motivation, and work ethic

- Ability to work independently and manage your day

- Willingness to travel throughout Brisbane as required
