Where you’ll add value
The Senior Marketing Manager Growth is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement and conversion across our consumer brands, supporting retail banking, business banking and broker channels. Combining growth strategy with performance marketing expertise, you will lead initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes while maintaining strong alignment with our brand and customer experience objectives.

As a member of the Marketing leadership team, you will lead a small team and work closely with stakeholders across Retail Banking, Business Banking, Products, Digital, Customer Experience and Data & Insights to support the organisation's growth ambitions.

This role is offered on a full-time, 8 month maximum term contract basis.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, cross-sell opportunities and product uptake.
- Lead performance marketing activity across paid digital channels including search, social and display.
- Optimise marketing investment and channel performance to maximise return on investment.
- Oversee the development and delivery of campaign creative across digital and traditional channels.
- Partner with brand and content teams to ensure marketing activity is effective, consistent and aligned to brand standards.
- Deliver local area marketing initiatives that support branch growth, community engagement and customer acquisition.
- Work with digital teams to improve website journeys, landing pages and lead generation outcomes.
- Use campaign, channel and customer data to identify opportunities, improve performance and inform future activity.
- Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and value for investment.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure marketing activity complies with organisational policies, governance requirements and regulatory obligations.

What sets you up for success

- Significant experience in marketing, digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and digital acquisition strategies.




- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution.
- A strong understanding of the media landscape and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
- Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical capability and confidence using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across the business.
- An understanding of customer experience, digital conversion and attribution models.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline is required.
