We're looking for a hard-working, switched-on Team Member to join our Fleet team in Minto, helping prepare brand-new vehicles for delivery to our customers. You don't need to be a qualified mechanic or auto electrician. We're looking for attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in cars. If you can follow directions, work safely and take pride in your work, we'll teach you the rest.
Key responsibilities
- Moving vehicles safely around the yard and workshop
- Preparing and processing brand-new vehicles
- Assisting with basic vehicle fit-out and preparation
- Using hand and power tools
- Following instructions and getting the job done right
- Checking your work to make sure it meets our standards
- Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and organised
- Completing basic records and paperwork
About you
- A genuine passion for cars
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- A hands-on, can-do attitude
- Ability to listen, follow directions and learn
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work hard
- Valuable attention to detail
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to work well in a team
- Current driver's licence
- Automotive or workshop experience is a bonus, not a must
