What you will do

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team

- Drive sales performance and deliver key business outcomes
- Build team capability through ongoing coaching and development
- Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture
- Manage store operations, workforce planning and stock processes
- Use business insights and KPIs to identify opportunities and continuously improve performance
- Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are executed to a high standard
