McArthur Aged Care has partnered with a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit passionate and qualified aged care professionals. Together, we support elderly and frail clients to remain living independently in their own homes.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to work across Melbourne's western suburbs, including Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Altona, Wyndham Vale, Point Cook, Ascot Vale and surrounding areas.

About the Role

- Must be available for a minimum of 3 days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday - or a full week of work
- School hours available (9:00am - 3:00pm)
- Deliver essential services to elderly clients in your local community
- Work for a leading Not-for-Profit organisation
- Be a vital link between home and community, improving client well-being
- No weekend or evening work

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Have:

- A positive attitude and genuine passion for aged care
- Victorian driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Working with Children Check (Employee Card) or willingness to obtain one
- One of the following qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care; or Certificate IV in Disability
- Excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English
