POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our people. You will be responsible for all facets of HR, including Industrial and employee relations, performance management, people development, culture and engagement. You will possess the ability to demonstrate experience and confidence in decision-making, problem-solving and strong stakeholder management abilities. You will bring a senior level of HR related knowledge and skills to make educated decisions, drive positive outcomes and ensure our people are valued.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to serve as a reliable advisor
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement impactful people initiatives
- Using data and insights to shape initiatives that drive meaningful organisational change
- Providing expert advice to managers and employees on industrial instruments and compliance requirements
- Coaching and developing managers to strengthen people management capability
- Advising on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management
- Guiding goal setting, feedback, and career development to foster a high-performance culture
- Managing and investigating complaints and grievances to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR guidance that is efficient and pragmatic
- Partnering with stakeholders to implement organisational changes and support employees through transitions
- Ensuring compliance with relevant codes of practice and legislation, including NDIS and Aged Care standards
- Enhancing leadership effectiveness through strategic HR advice and tailored coaching
- Leading initiatives that reinforce and advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion commitments
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary education in Human Resource Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of and ability to execute on industrial regulation requirements, framework and principles
- Knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care industry - Desirable
- Demonstrated HR partnering experience in a complex organisation
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders whilst ensuring deliverance on people strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse stakeholder group
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
