Due to business growth an exciting opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to join a modern and fresh medicinal cannabis dispensary in the Moreton Bay Region, approximately 21km north of Brisbane inner CBD. The area offers excellent transport connections, convenient shopping facilities and access to popular parks and green spaces.
The dispensary has a strong medicinal cannabis focus with an opportunity to build additional pharmacy services in the future.
Job Specification:
Working alongside the 2 Pharmacists including the Pharmacist Manager you will provide efficient and accurate dispensing of medicinal cannabis prescriptions in accordance with state and federal requirements.
Full training in the Medicinal Cannabis space can be provided.
This is a rapid-paced well supported dispensary using Fred Dispense Plus.
There is genuine scope to help develop additional professional services, including vaccinations, sleep apnoea support and other areas aligned with your interests.
This is a Monday to Friday working roster providing flexibility.
You could choose to work 9am-4pm with two 6pm finishes weekly,
or
10am to 6pm each day. These are just a couple of the options.
This is a full-time 38hrs/wk role.
Skills Required:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume dispensing.
- Open to newly registered and experienced Pharmacists alike.
- Strong accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
- Medicinal cannabis experience desirable but not essential.
- Interest in developing and delivering additional professional pharmacy services.
Salary & Benefits:
$50-$55 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience.
A higher rate is possible for candidates with strong medicinal cannabis experience.
