For this new position, we're now looking for a commercially astute Commercial Finance Manager to partner with our Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing teams, driving financial insight, operational efficiency and profitable growth across our national business.

What You'll Be Doing





Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll be the key partner to Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations, helping translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.

This role is equal parts business partner, financial strategist and performance improvement leader.

- Commercial Business Partnering - Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing leaders to drive informed commercial decisions. Provide financial insights, performance analysis and recommendations to identify risks and opportunities.

- Cost, Productivity & Margin Management - Analyse key cost drivers and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance margins. Evaluate operational initiatives, savings opportunities and supplier impacts to support business performance.

- Planning, Forecasting & Performance Reporting - Support budgeting, forecasting and integrated business planning processes. Deliver meaningful reporting and insights to improve forecast accuracy and operational performance.

- Business Cases & Commercial Governance - Lead financial modelling and evaluation of operational projects and investments. Ensure robust business cases, benefits tracking and strong commercial governance.





- Leadership & Capability Building - Build strong cross-functional relationships and enhance financial capability across operational teams. Foster a culture of accountability, commercial ownership and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

- CA or CPA qualification with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.

- Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, business partnering or management accounting roles.

- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or consumer goods environments is highly regarded.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand operational drivers and their financial impact.

- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.

- Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, business cases and operational performance reporting.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.

- A collaborative, curious and solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
