More about the role:
We're looking for a Community Fundraising Officer to manage the day-to-day relationships with community fundraisers,
helping to inspire their purposeful and successful initiatives and activities.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Community Fundraising Team in the delivery of community fundraising campaigns, peer-to-peer programs and supporter engagement
- Acting as key contact for community fundraisers, inspiring ideas and ensuring initiatives are in line with the Foundation’s message and goals
- Maintaining accurate supporter records in Salesforce
- Building and maintaining relationships with community fundraisers to encourage ongoing support
- Coordinating fundraising journey emails, communications and fundraising platforms
- Managing merchandise and fundraising send outs with third party providers
- Managing Ambassador enquiries and requests from community fundraisers
- Assisting with sourcing content to support with campaigns, including imagery, case studies and write ups from fundraisers in the community
What you bring to the role:
The ideal candidate will bring experience in customer service, account management or a related field, with fundraising experience viewed favourably. You'll be a proactive and empathetic communicator who can build trusted relationships, manage competing priorities and contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
