We are seeking enthusiastic, fashion-loving Retail Sales Assistants to join our team in both our West End store and Indooroopilly pop-up location. In this customer-facing role, you will help create memorable shopping experiences that leave every customer feeling welcomed, inspired and valued.
About the role
Provide customers with a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
Offer personalised fashion, styling and product advice to help customers feel confident in their choices.
Support day-to-day store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control and maintaining an inspiring store environment.
About you
· You have experience in fashion retail in a customer-facing role, with around two years’ experience preferred.
· You are a natural brand ambassador who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
· You enjoy building genuine, lasting connections with customers.
· You have a love of fashion, a strong sense of personal style and the confidence to share styling ideas.
· You can style a broad range of customers with warmth, creativity and care.
· You are confident working both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
The roster
West End store: Casual position, 15 to 20 hours per week. Weekend availability is essential.
Indooroopilly pop-up store: Multiple short-term seasonal vacancies ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week. These roles are expected to run for approximately four months, commencing mid to late September. Some weekend availability is required.
Preference will be given to candidates who are available and willing to work during key trade periods, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
