Your Role:

Our team here at Capgemini is seeking an experienced Copilot & Platform Consultant to join our Digital Customer Experience and Microsoft Practice, ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne. In this client-facing consulting role, you will design and deliver innovative Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio solutions that help organisations modernise business processes, enhance collaboration, and unlock the value of AI.

- Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements, translating business needs into scalable Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot solutions.
- Design, configure, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to support business objectives and improve user experiences.
- Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, custom connectors, integrations, environment management, and security model configuration.
- Develop and configure intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative AI capabilities, knowledge sources, actions, authentication, integrations, and orchestration with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
- Lead the design and implementation of Copilot and agent-based solutions aligned with business processes, user journeys, governance frameworks, security requirements, and organisational standards.
- Configure and administer Power Platform environments, including environments, data sources, connectors, security roles, permissions, data loss prevention (DLP) policies,



and governance controls.
- Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including information architecture, content management, document management, metadata strategies, permissions, site structures, lists, libraries, and collaboration capabilities.
- Plan and deliver SharePoint migration projects, including the migration of content, documents, and legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online while ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with architects, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and governed Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions that meet functional, technical, compliance, and security requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, best practice advice, and adoption support for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Copilot technologies, ensuring successful solution delivery and ongoing platform optimisation.

Your Profile:

- At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, Microsoft 365 consulting, and solution delivery.
- Strong experience delivering SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, security, roles, and environment configuration.




- Experience developing agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent configuration, topic design, knowledge integration, actions, and publishing considerations.
- Experience automating business processes using Power Platform and integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong experience with SharePoint migrations from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture in SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of Power Platform and Copilot Studio governance, including environment strategy, connector usage, access control, and lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
