I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Concession Manager to take ownership of a premium menswear concession within David Jones Marion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident retail leader who loves menswear, thrives on delivering an elevated customer experience and is motivated by achieving strong commercial results.

You’ll be joining a well-established Australian menswear brand recognised for its quality, contemporary design and sophisticated approach to men's fashion.
With a strong reputation in the Australian market and a loyal customer following, the brand offers customers premium product combined with personalised service and expert styling.

About the Role
As Concession Manager, you’ll have full ownership of the day-to-day performance of the concession within David Jones Marion.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, maintaining presentation standards and leading by example.
You’ll be the face of the brand on the David Jones floor, creating a premium experience for every customer while working closely with the wider team to achieve commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall concession performance
- Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
- Coach and develop team members
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Manage stock, replenishment and inventory




- Support clienteling and customer retention initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the David Jones team
- Take ownership of the concession’s day-to-day operations
- Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence

About You I’m looking for someone with strong retail leadership experience who is confident working in a premium, customer-focused environment.
You’ll ideally have:

- Previous Store Manager, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager experience
- A strong passion for menswear, fashion and styling
- A proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong team leadership and coaching capability
- A commercial mindset with a genuine drive to achieve results
- Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A polished and professional approach to premium retail
