With significant growth across northern Adelaide, an prospect exists for a Catholic leader to join the Executive Leadership Team as Campus Principal.

As Campus Principal, you will lead a large and vibrant Years 7-12 secondary campus, providing strategic, educational and operational leadership while fostering excellence in learning, wellbeing and student outcomes. This Principal-level appointment offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a thriving school community, while contributing to the strategic direction, cohesion and continued success of Xavier College as a whole.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and nurturing the Catholic identity, mission and life of the campus.
- Driving excellence in teaching, learning, wellbeing and student outcomes.
- Creating a culture of inclusion, belonging, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Leading,



developing and supporting teaching and support staff.
- Building strong partnerships with families, parishes and the broader community.
- Ensuring effective implementation of College policies, priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Contributing to College-wide planning, leadership and decision-making through the Executive Leadership Team.
- Monitoring campus performance, compliance and improvement outcomes.
