About the Role
As a Finance Administrator, you will provide financial and administrative support across the business. You will be responsible for assisting with daily finance functions, general office administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Finance Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, payments and receipts
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing invoices and following up outstanding payments
- Completing bank and account reconciliations
- Entering and maintaining accurate financial data
- Assisting with month-end financial processes and reporting
- Maintaining financial records and documentation
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal staff
- Assisting with payroll and other finance-related duties as required
Administrative Duties
- Providing general administrative support to the business and management team
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry and maintaining company records
- Filing, scanning and organising documents
- Preparing letters, reports, spreadsheets and other documents
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining office records
- Scheduling meetings and appointments when required
- Assisting with staff administration and onboarding paperwork
- Maintaining accurate databases and filing systems
- Assisting with general office coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Supporting other departments with administrative duties as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in finance administration, accounts or office administration
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong numerical and organisational skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as ZOHO or similar is desirable
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- A professional, friendly and positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
