A well-established and highly regarded specialist fitout and refurbishment contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team in Melbourne.

The Role
Working as part of an established team of four estimators, you will play a key role in pricing and delivering tenders across a diverse project portfolio.
This is a senior position suited to an experienced estimator who enjoys working on complex projects, has robust commercial awareness and can bring a high level of accuracy,
structure and professionalism to the pre-construction process.
To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;
- Proven experience as an Estimator in Commercial Construction, Fitout and/or Refurbishment
- Significant experience estimating projects from early design through to tender
- The ability to confidently manage multiple tenders and deadlines
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to utilise estimating softwares including Databuild, EstimateOne, Cubit or similar
