We’re looking for a detail-driven Pallet & Equipment Controller to take ownership of our pallet systems and ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency across our operations. If you enjoy working with data, solving discrepancies, and being a critical link between teams and suppliers—this role is for you.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Warehouse Operations, you’ll manage pallet and equipment accounts, tracking movements across sites and customers while ensuring accurate reconciliation.

You’ll play a key role in identifying discrepancies, recovering losses, and maintaining smooth, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage CHEP, Loscam and VPS pallet accounts

- Track pallet and equipment movements across all sites and customers

- Maintain accurate records of issues, transfers, and returns

- Reconcile supplier statements with actual movements (via external provider)

- Investigate discrepancies and drive resolution and recovery

- Provide regular reporting on balances, movements and exceptions

- Act as the go-to contact for pallet and equipment queries

- Support protected, clean, and compliant warehouse operations

What You Bring

- Proven experience managing pallet systems (CHEP, Loscam, VPS essential)

- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail

- Confidence working with data, reports, and reconciliations





- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)

- Excellent organisation and time management

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
