About the role
The Participant Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery to NDIS participants and their support networks. The role oversees client relationships, service coordination, quality standards, and day-to-day operational requirements. The Participant Service Coordinator acts as a key point of contact for participants, families, support coordinators, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring services are delivered safely, consistently, respectfully, and in accordance with participant goals, NDIS requirements, organisational policies, and relevant legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with NDIS participants, families, nominees, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
- Act as a primary contact for client service enquiries, concerns, feedback, and requests
- Ensure participant needs, preferences, goals, and individual circumstances are understood and reflected in service delivery
- Monitor client satisfaction and take appropriate action where concerns or service issues arise
- Coordinate the delivery of supports in accordance with participant service agreements, support plans,
and approved funding
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with NDIS requirements and organisational policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Identify and respond to risks affecting participants, staff, and service delivery
- Prepare regular reports relating to client services
About you
- Demonstrated experience in disability services, community services, aged care, healthcare, or a related sector
- Experience in a client-facing or coordination role
- Strong understanding of person-centred practice and disability support
- Understanding of the NDIS and participant support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Ability to obtain and maintain all screening and compliance checks required for the role
