As the Senior Sustainability Lead, you'll take ownership of sustainability reporting across the business, leading the response to new mandatory disclosure requirements while partnering closely with finance, operations and senior leadership. You'll be the subject matter expert driving reporting accuracy, governance and continuous improvement across all sustainability reporting activities

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead end-to-end sustainability reporting, including ASRS climate disclosures and emissions reporting.
- Act as the internal expert on sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders across finance, operations and corporate functions to deliver reporting outcomes.
- Improve reporting processes, controls and data governance.
- Mentor and develop a small team while building capability across the business.

About You:

- Proven experience in sustainability, ESG,



climate or non-financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of ASRS and greenhouse gas emissions reporting.
- Background in audit, assurance, financial reporting, governance or regulatory reporting.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating evolving regulatory environments.

You'll likely come from a Big 4, assurance, sustainability consulting or corporate reporting background and be looking for an chance to shape a sustainability reporting function as reporting requirements continue to evolve.
