They are currently seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join their teams in Customer Service Officer/Storeperson positions. These roles offer the opportunity to work in busy environments where customer service, organisation and warehouse operations are key to day-to-day success.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Customer Service Officer/Storeperson you will be responsible to complete warehouse duties as well as internal sales and customer service . You will be required to work Monday – Friday. Depending on location, your hours will be either 8:00AM-4:00PM, OR 8:30AM - 4:30PM. You will be responsible for the below;
- Forklift operating, loading trucks and moving stock around the warehouse/yard
- Customer service
- Stock inventory
- Preparing orders
- Taking calls and processing orders
- Following up with customers, updating systems
- Data entry/using computer to enter orders
What You Will Need
- Previous admin/internal sales experience
- Confident phone manner
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience
- Highly reliable
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Forklift licence and experience operating
