LS Global is seeking an experienced coordinator to manage wholesale sales operations, customer accounts and material requirements planning within our growing skincare and cosmetics business.

We are looking for a commercially aware, analytical thinker who can interpret sales, inventory and forecast data to support sound planning decisions to help grow our business.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

- Managing relationships with local and international wholesale customers

- Following up customers regarding orders and future requirements

- Processing sales orders and coordinating fulfilment and delivery

- Handling customer enquiries, complaints and quality issues

- Managing MRP, inventory levels and component purchasing requirements

- Analysing sales forecasts, stock availability and future demand

- Coordinating component sourcing, imports and logistics, including suppliers in China

- Maintaining accurate information in Business Central and Excel

About you

You will have:

- Wholesale sales,



B2B account-management or customer-service experience

- Experience in MRP, materials planning, inventory planning or purchasing

- Robust analytical, Excel and numerical skills

- ERP experience, preferably Business Central or NAV

- Demonstrated ability in learning new processes and adapting to evolving ERP environments, having experience in Microsoft Dynamics BC or NAV is highly regarded

- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. High initiative with the ability to anticipate potential supply chain issues and proactively implement solutions

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

- China sourcing or import coordination experience would be highly regarded

- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships while using data and systems to improve inventory planning and business operations.

- Previous experience working within the FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries would be highly regarded
