This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with the Plus Fitness franchise network, partnering directly with club owners and franchisees to drive performance, growth, and operational excellence across the board. You'll design and deliver national training and education programs, and roll out the processes and systems that help every club in the network perform at its best.

Plus Fitness is an Australian-owned company that has been in operation since 1996 and has been recognized with awards for its outstanding performance. The introduction of our 24/7 gym model in 2011 has been a resounding success, resulting in the sale of over 250 franchises across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Plus Fitness prides itself on delivering exceptional service, first-class facilities, affordability, and convenience, all of which are the fundamental principles of our business model. A Plus Fitness franchise offers gym-goers everything they need in one location.

In 2020 Viva Leisure acquired Chain Collective Group with the aim to not only grow the fitness franchise brand domestically and internationally but to then also establish itself as a major franchisor in the Australian marketplace. In 2021 Chain Collective Group was created to become the franchising wing of Viva Leisure, under which multiple brands will continue to be developed and grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key responsibilities are to:

- Analyse business data to prepare for support sessions with the franchisees.
- Deliver positive, motivating and effective support sessions that help frachisees grow their business.
- Conduct regular and constructive club visits to ensure facility compliance and provide effective business support.
- Help franchisees to understand key business metrics and work with them to improve their profitability.
- Promote and uphold brand standards across the network.
- Maintain a broad understanding of all aspects of the business and collaborate with team specialists to drive strong results.
- Build a strong business knowledge and assist in resolving outstanding issues effectively.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR





Our ideal candidate will bring:

- Relevant experience in the fitness industry; multi-site experience is an advantage.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with business owners and key internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to use data to make informed recommendations.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and driven to grow the brand and deepen industry knowledge.
- Highly organised, quick to learn, and skilled in time management.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident in delivering and presenting training to audiences of various sizes.
- Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies that improve performance outcomes.

In 2026, Viva expanded its corporate World Gym portfolio with the opening of its flagship Canberra location and launched its newest fitness brand, Zoo Fit.
