About the Role
NCR Motor Service is seeking two skilled and motivated Motor Mechanic’s (General) to join our team in South Windsor, NSW. The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motor vehicles while ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Repair and replace defective components including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify repair and maintenance requirements.




• Test vehicles after repairs to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding vehicle issues and repair requirements.

Essential Requirements
• An AQF Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or a closely related qualification.
• Minimum one (1) year of relevant work experience as a Motor Mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valuable communication and organisational skills.
• Current driver's licence is desirable.
