Are you a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking a motivated EN to join our busy Mental Health Clinic on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilising comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and team-oriented care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting.

In this role you will:

- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse across Mental Health and affiliated programs
- Assist with clinical procedures and patient monitoring in line with your scope of practice, including IV medication administration (essential).
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred team environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Ramsay policies and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards

About You

You are a reliable, team-focused Enrolled Nurse with strong communication and organisational skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified required) (essential).
- Minimum 1-2 years’ recent experience working in an acute care environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to patient safety




- Patient centred and trauma informed approach to delivery of care.

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from$36.19 - $39.40 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-gr4 + thereafter).
