As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll lead a frontline team across receiving, picking, packing, inventory and dispatch, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient operations.

Our client is a leading Australian-owned logistics and supply chain provider delivering 3PL, warehousing and freight solutions nationally and internationally.

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead and support a team of 5–10 warehouse staff, scaling to 40+ during peak periods.
n
Coordinate daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, staging and dispatch.
n
Allocate outbound orders to meet daily targets and delivery deadlines.
n
Ensure orders are accurately completed and closed in the WMS.
n
Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies.
n
Ensure freight is correctly packaged, staged and ready for dispatch.
n




Maintain high WHS, safety and compliance standards while supporting continuous improvement.
n

What You Bring
n
n
Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or similar.
n
Proven experience leading and coordinating warehouse teams.
n
Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
n
Experience using WMS/ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite or similar.
n
Hands-on, proactive approach with solid problem-solving skills.
n
Current LF Forklift Licence.
