What You'll Do
n
n
Maintain a visible Loss Prevention presence to deter theft
n
Utilise security technology including CCTV, alarm systems, and merchandise protection devices
n
Conduct security and compliance checks, reporting incidents and risks as required
n




Respond to security incidents in a professional and policy-compliant manner, applying de-escalation techniques where required
n
Identify, investigate, and communicate shrinkage risks and trends
n
Build effective working relationships with store teams, center security, and local police
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Experience in loss prevention, security, customer service, or a related environment
n
Current Security License preferred (support may be available to obtain where applicable)
n
Demonstrated experience, or a strong willingness to develop capability, in operating CCTV systems, alarm systems, and computer applications
n
Strong observation skills with sound judgement and decision-making ability
n
A calm, professional approach when dealing with incidents and challenging situations
n

NSW Security Master License No. *
