GP practice requiring exceptional medical receptionist to join its busy
practice.Experience

flexibilityessential.

The centre opens 7 days excluding Public Holidays.
n
The role requires (but isnot limited to):
n
Patient management - welcoming, prioritisingand appointment scheduling
n
Liaison with Doctors, Practice Managerand RNs
n
Medicare, DVA and private billing.
n
Incoming & outgoing mail & accurate scanning
n
Management of patient electronic records
n
Accounts and receipting
n
Cleanliness and restocking of consult rooms & surgery
n
Experience & attributes:
n
Previous medical reception experience
n
Flexibilityofavailability
for all shifts.
n
Rapid,accuratecomputer
skills(Best Practiceexperience would be highly regarded)
n
Ability to multi-task with a highattention to detail& work under pressure
n
Desire to learn current skills e.g sterilising, cosmetic services etc
n
Skilled, well presentedimage
n
A positive attitudeand lots of energy
n
Past Best Practice Software experience is an added advantage.
