Greet patients and manage appointments, registrations, and general enquiries
n
Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
n
Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
n
Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing
n
n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approach
n
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
n
Customer service experience – prior medical reception experience is an advantage but not essential
n
