KPMS is seeking a qualified Social Worker with an interest in mental health, trauma and complex needs to join our in-house team in Camden. This role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable and well-planned placements for young people aged 16+.

The successful candidate will bring experience or solid interest in mental health and trauma-informed practice. You will lead assessments, planning, risk management and work closely with local authorities, CAMHS, health specialists, families and internal teams
