About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver a residential recent home project in the Logan area. Responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing programs and schedules
n
Managing trades, materials and deliveries
n
Ensuring Quality assurance and WHS
n
Ensuring time lines and budgets are being met
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
QLD Builders or Supervisors Licence
n




5 years experience as a Site Supervisor on volume residential projects
n
Experience in commercial projects or multresidential highly regarded
n
Excellent construction knowledge
n
High attention to detail and strong organisation
n
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
n
n
