We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our established Erina dental centre. With 4 chairs and a solid focus on general dentistry, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, quick-paced environment.

About the role
n
As Practice Manager, you'll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Erina centre, ensuring a positive and professional workplace for both patients and your team.

You'll:

Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time
n
Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation
n
Support dentists to deliver effective, high-quality general dental care
n
