Job Overview:

The Supermarket Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of an independent supermarket business. This dynamic position requires a hands‐on approach, combining robust leadership, business acumen, and customer service skills to drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and foster a positive shopping experience for customers

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, sales monitoring, inventory control, and profit and loss.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a positive work environment.

Uphold high service standards and cultivate customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe work workplace.

Qualifications:

Proven retail management experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
