MinterEllison is building the AI engineering capability, platforms and standards to scale AI across a highly regulated enterprise. You will lead the engineering discipline behind the AI strategy, shaping architecture, governance and secure deployment at scale.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will define production-grade AI engineering patterns, partner with Cyber Security and risk leaders, and build a high-performing AI engineering team and Centre of AI Enablement.
