Core Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets while maximizing profitability.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
n
Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Department to maximize finance penetration and value-added product sales.
n
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
n
Ensure compliance with dealership processes and standards of professionalism.
