Santé Recruitment is seeking an FRACS-qualified Orthopaedic Surgeon to lead the Orthopaedic Surgery Department at Rockhampton Hospital, the principal referral hospital for Central Queensland. This role combines executive leadership with an active clinical practice in a major regional setting.

You will guide strategic direction, mentor trainees, drive research and governance, and manage workforce planning while maintaining a minimum 0.5 FTE clinical workload. Total remuneration up to $529,246 p.a.
