Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management in a quick-paced workplace. You will lead a 20+ team, train staff, and drive our Best Experience to customers while maintaining our widest range and best prices.

You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, work across weekdays and weekends, and contribute to safety, merchandising, and service excellence. A team-oriented and proactive leader is essential.
