Atlantic Group is seeking a Major Events Project Coordinator to join Melbourne's leading events team. This full time contract runs from August through to the end of April , supporting Event Managers and Coordinators to hit milestones and keep documentation accurate.

You will lead junior admin staff, run internal meetings, maintain planning tools, and liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of Melbourne Cup Carnival and Formula 1 events.
