Care Connect Melbourne is currently seeking experienced male Disability Support Workers to support a client in the Geelong area.

This is not a standard support worker role. The client presents with highly complex behaviours, and the role requires someone who is calm, resilient, confident, and experienced in managing challenging situations. It can be physically and emotionally demanding, so we are looking for support workers who are genuinely comfortable working with clients with complex behavioural needs.

To be considered, you should:

- Have experience supporting clients with complex behaviours.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Have robust communication and de-escalation skills.
- Be reliable, patient,



and committed to providing safe, person-centred support.
- Be physically and mentally resilient.
