About the Role

We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor / Wellness Attendant to join our team at City Cave Paddington.

This is a hands-on role combining exceptional customer service, sales, wellness experiences and shift leadership. You will work alongside the Centre Manager to support the day-to-day running of the centre, while also taking responsibility for leading the team when you are the Shift Supervisor on duty.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, support and guide junior Wellness Attendants, delegate tasks, maintain service and presentation standards, and ensure the team is working towards daily sales and customer experience goals.

At the same time, you will continue to work as a Wellness Attendant — welcoming and assisting guests, managing bookings and reception, delivering wellness services, maintaining the centre and confidently recommending memberships, packages and services.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership,



leading by example and getting involved wherever needed. You will be an important support to the Centre Manager and a key leader within the team, helping ensure each shift runs smoothly and our guests receive an exceptional experience.

Alongside creating a high-end, welcoming environment, you will:

- Confidently recommend services, packs, and memberships tailored to each client’s needs
- Contribute to individual and centre sales targets, particularly in wellness packages and memberships
- Manage reception, bookings, and day-to-day operations
- Maintain clean, safe, and beautifully presented spaces, including float, massage and sauna rooms
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and feedback

This role balances customer experience, operational excellence, and sales, ensuring every client leaves feeling cared for and supported.

About You

The right candidate will be:

- Experienced in customer service, with sales experience highly regarded
- Warm, personable, and confident speaking in person and over the phone
- Comfortable recommending services and having sales conversations
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Reliable, with a positive attitude,



professional presentation, and solid work ethic
- Comfortable learning and using booking/operating systems
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays (essential)
