We currently have shifts available across Midland, Forrestfield, Greenmount ,Beechboro and surrounding suburbs, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend work.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals living with disability and age related needs, helping them remain independent and connected to their community.

No two days are the same. You may be assisting with:

- Personal care and daily living support.
- Domestic assistance including cleaning and meal preparation.
- Community access and social support.
- Transport to appointments and activities.
- Overnight supports and wellbeing checks
- Building confidence, independence, and meaningful routines.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking people who are empathetic, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with clients.

- Nursing, clinical or higher-care background highly regarded
- Experience withPeg Feeding
- Confidence supporting participants with more complex support needs
- Availability to work approximately 18–25 hours per week
- Flexible on hours including afternoon and evenings

Essential:

- Current valid Driver's Licence.




- Reliable and insured vehicle.
- National Police Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).

Highly Regarded:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, or similar.
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, community services, hospitality, education, health, or customer-facing roles.
- Manual Handling Training.
- Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

Pay: $37.85 – $89.48 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 25.0 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (Preferred)
- Certificate I - IV (Preferred) (Preferred)
