An Exciting Opportunity has become available for an Experienced Dental Assistant to join our Friendly Team at Your Smile Centre in Hurlstone Park on a Full Time/Part-Time Basis and willing to stay Long Term. An Immediate Start is Available.

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is professional, polished and has excellent communication skills. A warm, proactive team focused nature will see you be successful and fit the culture of the practice.

Requirements:

Experience in Dental Assisting (Training will also be Provided)

Knowledge in all aspects of General Dentistry

Excellent customer service skills.

Computer literate - Dental 4 Windows knowledge.

Cert III/IV in Dental Assisting will be advantageous.

Must be available to work Full time, 5 days Monday to Friday.





Consistently well presented, polite and tactful with a genuine interest in helping people.

Must be punctual and reliable.

Must be approachable and honest, ability to work unsupervised.

A forward thinking & vibrant personality that will motivate those around you.

Your Role:

Clinical chair-side assistance and support to the dentist.

Maintain and Implement Procedures relating to the clinic, including Infection Control.

Sterilisation of Dental Instruments.

Collaborate closely with the clinical team.

Coordination of Laboratory Work.

Performing routine care and maintenance of dental equipment and instruments

Ensuring all daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly tasks are completed.

Maintain dental supplies within the surgery.

Dental Assisting Experience is essential

Must be a permanent resident
