CCSSC has an exciting opportunity for Casual Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse to join our On Luck Chinese Nursing Home.

On Luck Chinese Nursing Home provides 120 residential places, including 30 dementia-specific places, making it the largest Chinese-specific residential aged care facility in Victoria. We invite individuals who are passionate about serving the Chinese elderly to apply for the following position:

We are seeking passionate, reliable and caring Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our nursing team. Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the care of care recipients at On Luck Chinese Nursing Home
- Medication Management
- Nursing & Personal Care Plan
- Train, mentor and supervise Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants (PCA), as applicable to the position, in the delivery of clinical care to maintain an optimum standard of care for the care recipients.
- Undertake accurate clinical assessment, documentation and care planning.
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and other members of the care team.
- Maintain compliance with aged care standards, infection prevention and control requirements, medication management procedures and organisational policies.
- For Registered Nurses: undertake responsibilities appropriate to the RN scope of practice, including clinical leadership,



supervision and support of nursing staff and AN-ACC-related responsibilities as required.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- For Registered Nurse applicants: Current Registered Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- For Enrolled Nurse applicants: Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current CPR certification
- Current satisfactory police check
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is highly desirable
- Clinical skills and competencies relevant to aged care
- Demonstrated ability in assessment and documentation
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible and trustworthy
- Interest in working with Chinese elderly people
- Experience in residential aged care is highly desirable
- Mandarin and Cantonese language skills are an advantage
