About the Role

SuccessVisa is seeking an experienced and results-driven Education Counsellor to join our growing Melbourne team. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the Australian education sector and can effectively connect with and attract students from Indonesian, Filipino and Chinese communities.

You will assist students with course selection, admissions and education pathways while building strong community relationships and contributing to enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct student consultations and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Manage applications across VET, TAFE, ELICOS, Colleges and Universities.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into successful enrolments.
- Build relationships with students, education providers and community networks.
- Develop connections within Indonesian, Filipino and Chinese communities.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, community events and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
- Work towards individual and team enrolment targets.

What You'll Need

- Minimum 2–3 years of Australian Education Counselling experience (essential).
- Strong knowledge of the Australian education sector and student pathways.
- Proven ability to generate and convert student enquiries.
- Excellent communication, sales and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking and community engagement abilities.
- Experience or strong connections within Indonesian, Filipino or Chinese communities is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Indonesian, Mandarin, Cantonese or Filipino/Tagalog is an advantage.
- Valid Australian work rights.
