Role Overview

Help ensure consistent and efficient delivery of business services by coordinating teams, monitoring performance, and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day service delivery activities.
- Monitor operational KPIs and service-level performance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate internal teams and external service providers.
- Maintain operational procedures and documentation.
- Investigate service issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of business operations or service delivery experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with workflow, CRM, or business management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $112,000.00 per year
