Pastry Cook/Baker (Experienced) – Full Time (5 days a week)

Sugar Rush by Steph is a fast-growing, HACCP-certified bakery specialising in high-volume custom cookies for corporate clients and events Australia-wide. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pastry Cook/Baker to join our patisserie team.

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting with baking, cooling, and preparing cookies
- Operating bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, packing equipment)
- Decorating support (fondant prep – training provided)
- Packing, labelling, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP standards
- Supporting large-scale production runs and deadlines

About you:

- Reliable, punctual,



and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Robust attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
- Bakery or food manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
