- 5 days - SUNDAY to THURSDAY fixed roster (every Friday & Saturday off!)
- 6.15am – 2.30pm shifts
- Beachside location – Copacabana NSW 2251
- Mornings / Days only – Keep your afternoons and evenings free!

About the ROLE:

- Lead our small kitchen operation and take responsibility for the preparation, presentation and prompt service of our simple but delicious menu. Think lots of Bacon & Egg Rolls, Avocado Smash, Acai Bowls, Burgers, Toasties, Granola, etc..
- Work with the Business Owner and Café Manager on the development of seasonal menu items.
- Manage the ordering and stocking of our simple inventory.
- Keep our kitchen clean and organised.
- Play a leadership role with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the training and supervision of junior kitchen assistants.
- Great payrates – Level 4 Award plus additional weekly allowances on offer.

About YOU:

- Trustworthy. Reliable. Ethical. Consistent. Mature-minded.
- Strong communicator with a positive disposition. This is very important!
- Strong commercial kitchen experience (minimum 2 years).
- Confident food prep and presentation skills.
- Ablility to organise and set out a productive kitchen.




- Experience working alongside and providing instruction to junior kitchen assistants.
- Willingness to support other work areas within the business.
- Safety-minded.
- Valuable literacy skills (reading, writing, spelling).
- Routine availability to work long weekends and the Christmas trading period.
- Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
- If you can also make a great espresso coffee – even better!

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
